If your complaint is not fully upheld by Above Capital — SCR, S.A., and provided that the dispute in question:
- Relates to activities concerning the management of UCITS and/or alternative investment undertakings, or to additional and ancillary activities; and
- Is submitted by a consumer who qualifies as a non-professional investor,
you may resort to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms, in accordance with the Protocol on Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms entered into between the Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários (CMVM) and management companies.
