and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-14 gutenify-list-item\">The claimant is a <strong>consumer<\/strong> and qualifies as a <strong>non-professional investor<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-18\">These mechanisms allow disputes to be resolved in an <strong>independent, impartial, swift and low-cost<\/strong> manner, constituting an alternative to recourse to the judicial courts, provided that the amount in dispute <strong>does not exceed \u20ac30,000.00<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-21\"><strong>Above Capital \u2014 SCR, S.A.<\/strong> has adhered to the following Consumer Arbitration Centres:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list gtfy-31\">\n<li class=\"gtfy-24 gutenify-list-item\">Consumer Arbitration Centre of Coimbra (CACRC)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-25 gutenify-list-item\">Consumer Arbitration Centre of Lisbon (CACCL)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-26 gutenify-list-item\">Consumer Arbitration Centre of Ave, T\u00e2mega and Sousa (TRIAVE)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-27 gutenify-list-item\">Consumer Information and Arbitration Centre of Porto (CICAP)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-28 gutenify-list-item\">Consumer Information, Mediation and Arbitration Centre \u2014 Consumer Arbitration Court (CIAB)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-29 gutenify-list-item\">Algarve Consumer Information, Mediation and Arbitration Centre (CIMAAL)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-30 gutenify-list-item\">National Consumer Disputes Information and Arbitration Centre (CNIACC)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-post-title gtfy-34\">Information on Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms (ADR)<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-37\">If your complaint is not fully upheld by <strong>Above Capital \u2014 SCR, S.A.<\/strong>, and provided that the dispute in question:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list gtfy-42\">\n<li class=\"gtfy-40 gutenify-list-item\">Relates to activities concerning the management of <strong>UCITS<\/strong> and\/or <strong>alternative investment undertakings<\/strong>, or to additional and ancillary activities;
